Any tips, how to get more power from GTS 125 without interfering reliability of the bike too much?

Many thanks!

I am afraid there is little you can do. The liquid cooled 4-valve engine in the 125 is already at the maximum. It gets around 15bhp compared to the aircooled leader's 10.8. The most you can do in real terms is change the variator, but it's probably not worth it on a 125.

what would the change of exhaust add to performance? Because currently it is totally standard.

Very little apart from noise. I'm sure others may disagree.

thanks a lot for info! ;o))

I should get my 300 vespa in a week or so. I haven't tried to ride it yet, but are there any ways of tunning the 300 one?

Why would you want to?

But yes there are. Polini variator, LV4 road exhasut. PM tuning tfi. I think you will find it just great the way it is, I do.

I previously had a tuned GTS 250 with a PM pipe, the tfi and the Polini. I really prefer it as standard.
