longstroke crank, pinasco 215 kit, T5 short 4th gear and a 21T cosa should get you there.

of course, you could go with a ported stock barrel, lightened flywheel and a trick carb, too... but that's not exactly bolt on easy peasy work.

best,

What exactly is a Pinasco 215 kit? Is that like the Molassi 210 kit, just 5 cc more?

I believe so yes. Different brand, slightly more displacement, but that's the idea

Ah, ic. I'm just beginning to understand how "modable" these P200s are. Insane.

I think a lot of it is due to the fact that they are 2-strokes - simple engines with a lot of hidden power.

the pinasco kit is an alum. barrel with a nicasil lined bore. the port timing is *slightly* more agressive than that of a stock barrel. basically, it's like a big stocker with the advantages of the heat dissapation of the alum barrel, the dammn near sieze proof nicasil bore and a super tough piston.

the malossi is a alum/nicasil pieces as well, but it's a top end rev monster. teh overall design and port timing lend themselves to favor a higher powerband and unless you like wringing your bike's neck, you'd be better off with something more low-key.

best,

Thank you!
Thanks all for your feedback. I am currently looking at a mellossi 210 kit with a JL exhaust adjusting timing and changing fuel jets.

I kitted my PX with a Malossi 210 and a PM pipe, and then found I couldn't tune the carb correctly. So I replaced the carb with a PHBH30 unit. This gave me the tuning options I needed, but at the cost of losing the autolube.

If I was to do it again, I would fit a JL right-hand pipe, so that I could still get to the rear wheel easily.
