For my GTS, I fill up around 140 miles, and estimate a half gallon or a bit less remains. I've not ridden it dry. Avg. 73 mpg. on mostly stop and go riding (ride a mile, stop, ride a mile, stop...)

I don't count, I just enjoy as I watch the cagers and SUVers fill up.
I commute 14km each way, 28 km per day and a tank lasts me about 2 weeks commuting on weekdays.
I don't care for the maths, just that $15 is all it cost me for two weeks commuting - I have friends who regularly spend 10x that amount.
