Modern Vespa

If any one can help me out that would be great. the brake handle is loose and the mirror moves every time I squeeze the break. I tried to take the front cover off by removing the front screw and the two screw close to the outside of the handlebar. that loosened it but it wouldn't come off because of the mirrors. It seems you need to take the mirrors off too. I can't figure it out. Please help.

Lock tight? I had to use it on my left side mirror. Wouldn't stay tight. Don't know if this will help. GL.

i don't own a fly so i may be talking out of my bum here, but i believe that you need to take the mirrors off before you can remove the headset. on most piaggio models they just unscrew - one or both may have a nut securing them underneath.

they spin on and have a locking nut to thghten them down.

pull back the rubber housing and you will see it all...
