I am looking at a 2007 MP3 250 with about 2400 miles. I don't see any differences between that and the 2009 model. Is there any difference? What would be a fair price for this in good cosmetic condition and reportedly well serviced?

Thanks.

I may be wrong but I think the 2009 model has a 14 inch rear wheel as opposed to the 2007 with a 12 inch. My 2008 has a 12 inch and tire wear on the 12 inch is greater than on the 14 I hear...

If it hasn't been dropped and has had proper maintenance I would pay up to $5500.00 for it

I'm happy you're liking the tires, but there is the Heidenau K66 150/70-14.

Very Happy with my 250
I picked up a 250 for $6K in August, 2K miles...
So far I have been extremely happy, would like a little more UMPH! but it is really quick from 0-60 which is perfect for my commute and daily use.
Replaced the rear tire at 3K (literally treadbare in spots) not sure why but the new tire is awesome. Now have almost 4K and it stills spins like a top.
So if you are getting a great price, go for it.....

I think so too. I am sure I would like the extra power. Might miss the storage but I think I could do without, most of the time.
