This was a simple adjustment for my son who has trouble reaching the rear foot holder. He has trouble keeping his feet wrapped around the fat body. This comes back and up to reach him and allows his feet to spread out away from the body like on a regular motorcycle.

This is a Harley foot peg extender bolted into the existing front screw spot on the rear pillion foot placement. They are shimmed which allows them to be swung inward when there is no rear rider.
