I just received this windshield, supposedly new, from ebay. It came with no hardware or instructions. I assume it is supposed to come with hardware?

There were a few on eBay the other month that were listed for sale with "no hardware".
I assume this is one of them.
If I had time to call around to find hardware I would have bought one.
