Lazy Scooterrific finally pulled her finger out (I won't say where from) and sent a copy to a lucky crash test dummy.

So, if you are still interested, the cost - and there is no profit in this - is AUS$40 for the book and postage to the US.

Hi Seth - if I had anything to do with it, it probably wasn't informative in the least!

A few people were after the book. I have offered to post copies. In the meantime kevinr has let me know it is now available on www.fishpond.com.au

If people want to order from fishpond, I won't be offended. It saves me lining up in the local post office behind some mean zimmer-frame wielding queue-jumpers! They're out there and they're scary!
