I know of a lot of .coms. They mostly are a thorn in the side of manufacturers. Example, most mfg have MAP policies (minimum adverized price policies) in place to protect brick and mortar dealers from $10 above dealer price .coms. I don't know of parts 411, but if they don't follow MAP, then manufacturers will NOT honor warranties. There are plenty of .coms out there, some with good policies, but mostly low budget whores. But like I said, I know nothing of this one. I still like to deal in person with dealers.
They do follow the mimimum advertised price thing. I've purchased things from newenough(.com)with zero problems.I would like to buy locally but no one close sells what I'm looking for. I drove 50 miles yesterday to hopefully buy from a dealer but they didn't have what I was looking for in stock or interested in ordering it
. Soooo, I really have no choice but to buy off the net. I'm trying to find out if their customer service is on par with newenough.
