Just wanted to post some information and pics of mods that have been installed on my MP3 250 8) First off, I'd like to thank fellow MV member frankenplanes for inspiration & install of a majority of the mods as well as SimonHughes for providing pics, instructions and weblinks for scooter upgrades (not pictured is the Stebel Horn which was added so that others can hear me when needed
).
LED driving lights installed
Stock reflector removed from the front fairing and LEDs installed
Stock reflector removed from the rear fairing and LEDs installed
Not a great picture, but you can see the LEDs do add another layer of visibility/protection
Stock bulb removed and PIAAs (H1) installed for better lighting.
This is a "box" which contains the stereo receiver, bluetooth interface and wiring in the underseat storage area (Al & Ed's Autosound did the install).
Remote installed on the dash (to select the different XM channels, volume and source).
North County House of Motorcycles installed the Chatterbox XBi on the helmet. Receive bluetooth stereo and phone calls via this system.
Got tired of waiting for the Piaggio scooter cover to be delivered, so bought this one which is just as good as the stock.
