Need help with Part #'s and Price for Black MP3 500...

well yesterday I had it locked and on the kickstand and I managed to unlock the front suspension without noticing. When I pushed it forward down she went. No big deal, went very lightly to the ground. However, since I like to keep my bike looking new, I am going to replace these minor items that got some light scratches:

1. Right Brake Lever
2. Right Handlebar Bar End (OEM)
3. Rear Right (sitting on bike) cover that has the MP3 logo and red reflector
4. Black Plastic Muffler cover

Does someone know the part numbers (Black MP3 500) and cost.

I'm not in a rush or anything since it was light, but I'd like to replace them.
