I am fifty-five and never owned a bike, before May, when I bought the MP3 400. 2,300 miles and having a great time. Wife does not ride with me, yet. Take the MSF course and read the book "Proficient Motorcycling", and give yourself, two months of practice, before you get up to highway speeds.
