Removal of Horn Panel on GTV?

Anyone tell me where the horn panel is held in place on a 250 GTV? Is it just a pressure fit or does it have a set screw hiding somewhere from plain sight?

Gotta remove it ASAP...

Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry off the Piaggio badge from the right (as you're facing the badge). Use a rag to protect the front panel.

Remove the one phillips screw you've now exposed. There are clips that release by pulling upward on the panel. Do not pull out, you will break the clips.

You will have to turn your handlebars to get clearance. It is, like most things Vespa, a bit fiddley, but doable.
