No, those are from Jettin. They are normally used for the hook end of tiedowns when transporting your scoot. They work really well and now I don't even use the Canyon Dancers(tiedown straps) anymore!
Rod just came up with an ingenious way to use them 8)

I know I'm reviving an old thread here, but I noticed you had a fairly tidy bar-end setup before you installed the Jettin weights and the chrome stem mirrors. What was the reason for the upgrade, better visibility or just wanted more bling?
