The new MP3 model that we are seeing is going to be the first scooter in the world to have ride by wire electronic throttle control. However, it is only implimented on the 125cc model. More than likely all the rest of the MP3 models will have this upgrade. That's super cool. 8)

Uh uhhhh - nope - not for me, hope not. With the shitty attention to electrical connectors that I've seen so far that really would be a disaster waiting to happen. Seriously - Piaggio is IMHO negligent in their attention to detail on a premium priced bike. Very few of the connectors are weather resistant as it is.
