I think the scooter loves the dry cold weather. As long as the snow stays away, we're going to ride.

Promised myself this would be the year I'd purchase another Vespa & just found a great deal on my dream one!
Number 010 for those that are interested. Despite being the limited edition Zafferano from 2008 it had only done 450km as was literally 'as new' & only a 10 min drive from me. Almost too good to be true! |

I'm back for now...
I finally got to ride my scooter after sitting around since October. I hate winter with a firey passion. Anyway, I'm just wondering where you white wall tire guys got those white walls. I think white walls on a black vespa such as mine would look super classy. Where can I purchase such class? Thanks in advance for any answers, and no thanks if you don't bother to tell, you lazy dork.

Thanks, Slolane.
My next project is to powder coat the wheels... Has anyone opted to just powdercoat the front wheel and not the rear one? The rear one is not that visible anyway, so I kept wondering whether there's even a point of powder coating it... |

I added a Rear Crash Bar to protect the rear end. I went with the Vespa version because I like the lines. It also helps balance out all the chrome in the front.
I wanted to play with bottom lighting and found some 30cm LED strips for next to nothing. I added 3 strips - one above the rear tire and one on each side towards the front of the body. Wired to the license plate light since it was easy to reach. I plan to add some LED brake lighting soon. Spring is here and it's time for road trips! |

Tire size...?
I should probably know this but I dont. What are the tire specs I need to know if I want to get different tires? I'll just use the stock rim. I really wanna get some white walls.
