Modern Vespa

It feels nice to ride back again. My poor 250 had a "Stabilizer Warning Light (Q)) came on and need it to send for repair and after a month of not having my 250 I am happy. Just wanted to say that just in case someone miss me which I doubt it but hey, who is counting!

What did they replace to fix the problem?

The Front Suspension Locking System Falure Warning Light (Q - Dashboard) came on. Basically, front supsension wouldn't unlock at stops and the light would come one during riding which make me nervous cause it might lock/unlock on me at any moment or time. Anyway, I send for repair and they just replace "a switch". Don't know which switch but it is working now. Woohooo

Hi Jacq: Yes, we can go for a ride for sure. Hopefully one of these days we can ride with the meetup scooter group and have fun. Just wondering what part of town do you live on? I live in Round Rock and it's a little far to go an meet the other meetup scooters which they get together around downtown. I'll check if there is a Saturday or Sunday meetup and try to make it this week!

This morning was a little cold for my bones (6:15 am ride) and put an extra wind jacket. But, it will be an awesome ride riding home after work cause the weather should be mid 80's..woohoo.

I'm in southwest Austin...about 10 minutes from the hills....If we can meet, I'll show you a couple routes in the west side that will knock your socks off...The beauty, the hills, the curves, the woods, the air and man o man the scoots love those shady lanes.... You name the time and place to meet and I'll have route put together complete with good breaking spots for coffee or have you....
I'll even trade off with you and meet you half way sometime or come up there, but you have to scout a route close to your digs. We're about 15 miles of I 35 away from each other. So I'll be riding the feeder road. No way am I ready for that thing. I'm so small and it's so big and fast... I do know something about Round Rock...where are you?


Anybody reading this that's in the area....come along....the more MP3s the better...I'll take the pics too...

About riding the hills; Sounds great! Have you done the meetup group thingy? I know you are a member but not sure if you have gone for a ride with those guys or not! It's fun and since you say you live SW just wondering that's all. How about this weekend (Noonish)? or wait and see if there is more people interesting in joining us! This weekend the weather should be perfect (high 70's to mid 80's). I'll meet you at your place of choice! Love site-seeing! Have fun be safe!
