Modern Vespa

Just got my rear crash bars.
The directions that came with, "are wrong" .
Is there a thread somewhere with pics.
that shows the proper instalation??

The only thing that was different on my 08 and 09 GTS' was on the right side, where the new, front bracket goes, you will have to cut off the little tab that they started putting on the scooters. I cut mine off with a Dremel tool...............it only took a few seconds.
Since you have an 09 model you should have this tab that is not on these installation instructions.

Those pictures were needed reassurance.
I was indeed doing it right.

Got the front and rear crash bars installed.
Also the chrome P badge wings.
And the LV pipe last evening.

All that remains to install is the Corsa.

My savings is now about $900.00 lighter.
