That's... very strange.

I don't know that I would take a pug on a scoot. I don't have one, but most of the pugs I've met are a little too squirmy, and tend to have breathing problems when it comes to large amounts of moving air. And I wouldn't buy an expensive topcase, and then go cutting a large hole in the top of it.

But points for a very unusual photo.

Maybe that's the dog from the Men In Black movies. Was there a film crew around?
