That scooter is most likely a vietnamese scooter. Like all of them, they have a great paint job, but I'd pass on an asian resto, personally.

That scoot is 100 % asain. They are asking way too much because they paid way too much in the first place and realized they have sh!t on their hands now and need to get rid of it. Be very careful on Craigslist, especially around our area in SD, LA, OC. Read Eric's "How to tell if it's a Viet-Bodge", and educate yourself plenty on these vintage scoots. There are some good vintage scoots out there you just have to keep looking. Good luck with your search
