Here"s the big ride kids...
Show up early for breakfast at our local greasy spoon. Mr. T"s, located next to the Falconer on the corner of 13th St and Main St. Plenty of parking across the street in the Jury Parking lot. Ride leaves no later than 11:00am. Sorry, no scooter time allowed on this one.
The ride will be about 80 miles round trip with plenty of gas stops. The elevation at Oak Glen is roughly 3,000 feet, so jet accordingly. Once there, you"re on your own until it"s time to leave.

This ride is for the experienced riders, not the beginner
and it is recommended that your scooter is 150cc or higher.
It isn't my ride but I just wanted to put the word out to some new
scooter riders. It's a lot a fun and great people to ride with.
Make sure you scooter is in excellent running condition
and follow all the traffic rules. Dress in layers, it gets cold
fast on the ride back, always wear your gloves.

I should be good for this one...

i did this ride a couple years back. it is a long haul with some hot rodding
scoots, everyone was friendly and i had a great time, as yardsale mentioned it is for the experienced rider.warm waterproof clothes are a must. bring a rain cowel just in case and read the weather reports in
riverside. the high altitude gets cold so bring gloves. if you want to consume some great tasting cider & beer, do it in a moderate fashion
as going back can be more winding and narrow than riding up!
the views and scenery are awesome!

all said, ride is A+ on my list!

Well it rained a little bit today, but then the sun
came out and I took a ride over to Massimo's
shop for a photo.

The Stingers SC of Riverside are at it again for the 7th year in a row. As usual, there's no raffle or XXL T-shirts you'll never wear anyway; and the patch is free. That's right, by cutting out the extraneous crap, we're able to pass the savings on to you; the rally going scooterist. That means more money in your pocket for beer, food and gas.<br>

I'm really not sure yet Im gonna play it by ear! I'm definately down for Sat. But Friday is a maybe!

This was our first group ride two years ago and literally changed our lives. From there we went to Seattle and Linda went coast to coast. It might be a bit fast for the novice but it will really show you what a group ride is all about. We will be there no matter what, hope to meet some new riders and see our old friends.

And as a most important add on, this weekend has been devastating for two of our fellow scooterists who lost their lives doing what they loved. Please ride safely.

Totally awesome ride this would be, but I can't make it . I will be at the Rose Bowl tailgating early for kick-off time of 3pm. Damn, if this was on a Sunday or some other Saturday, I would be so there.

Not gonna make the ride Friday night...actually have to go out to Pomona to pick up my scooter so I can even make the Saturday ride.

Where would be a good spot to meet up with you guys on the way to Riverside? I'll be coming from Redlands, so if it isn't too out of the we should get together.

Are you guys meeting someplace for breakfast? Rex, Colin, Kevin & I are riding down. Rex from Murrieta and Colin from NoHo. I don't know the area for food so if you guys come up with something maybe Manny can call or PM me!

I also enjoy breaking fasts, so let me know what's going on. Also, I know people were gonna be meeting early in Riverside at Mr. T's. A good place, but if you wanna eat somewhere in the middle that is all good too.
