Hello all, long time browser, first time poster.
I have two issues that I believe are unrelated because they are unrelated.

Issue one: I have developed a funny wobble at speeds over 60mph. If I let the bike do its thing, it kind of leans on way or the other but goes straight. I thought the handle bars were out of alignment, but alas, they are straight at least to the best of my eye.

Issue two: Loss of power/top speed and a new ticking(new as in yesterday). I can no longer go over 65mph when I used to be able to go 75 (according to the speedo). I have issues going up hills that I once could climb with easy. As of yesterday there is a sharp ticking noise from the engine.

My scoot: 2004 mojito 150, 18000+ miles. I just put in a new variator and rollers and belt. (I learned the hard way to change as per the schedule, nothing like the variator locking up at 55mph to ruin a late night ride.) The loss of power started intermitently, I thought it was road surface, now its all the time.

I have checked the variator and such, a little wear on rollers but no real flat spots. The belt still looks new. Air filter cleaned, carb cleaned. Please help, it my only transportation, can have her go down.

I'm guessing, but could your valves need adjusting?

+1 on the valves. the leaning issue and wobble may be a tire imbalance or a loose head set nut.
