I love the helmet detailing. Now I wish I had bought a few rolls of that for my GTS. Some for either side beneath the cowls and an off centre stripe down the front. 8)

after a 50 mile country ride just for the fun of it, i spent most of the day working on my allotment.

tried to carry 150 lts of organic manure home from the garden centre in one go.

no way! the handlebars started waggling from side to side like a mad thing. nearly had me off. sheepishly, i u-turned and left one bag in the car park and proceeded with caution with the other two. returned half an hour later for the other one.

i've still got a long way to go but i should be ready to start planting in a week or so

so cute!
I always wondered about those.

once I was on a train to Liverpool or something with my mum and she saw a row of allotments with little sheds by the train rail and asked me if they were the British "favelas" Laughing emoticon i.e. they live in that shack and have a garden
heheeheh

I said no, mum... but truth was, I didn't know then what they were either!

Razz emoticon

oh and today I had to go comp shopping in oxford st so I parked Velma in Portman Square

jolly I went, texting City of Westminster and smug I directed myself to M&S with my confirmation text at hand

come back 1 and a half hours later, no ticket, normal

so I rode it two blocks down behind John Lewis at Cavendish Square to finish off so I wouldn't have to walk back to Portman to go back to the office.
I spy on Debenhams and John Lewis

come back to find a ticket on my windscreen! Livid emoticon Livid emoticon

I see the loser of the parking attendant going past but couldn't be bothered as they are as helpful as amebas, so I rode off to work
then I checked my text again and it was Shirley's plate!!!!!!!!
so I called up and they changed my registration on my phone number, but I'll have to appeal to the bloody ticket now.

like I have nothing better to do in my spare time!
here we go for another 9 months of correspondence back and forth!

Sigh emoticon

that's too much shit kam Razz emoticon actually i've done 150l in one go but it was in two big bags not three, so it was a bit easier to manage.

the allotment (favela) looks fantastic, you've done loads. now i know who to ask if i've got extra tomato seedlings what are you planning on growing?

thanks guys. I'm enjoying it very much. All new to me (even though I own a few acres in India).

I'm hoping to grow tomatoes, potatoes, rocket, asparagus, carrots, beans of different types an brocolli.

I'll soon be at the sitting on deckchair, listening to radio 4, drinking beer , Reading gardening books stage

Can you imagine the scene if we had a multiple scooter pile-up whilst transporting all that manure

You're frisky today.

Just had a great deal on insurance. Carole Nash were asking GBP503 via Norwich Union - I said that was far too high. The chap on the other end said he'd see what he could do. Came back after a minute, now only GBP333 with Equity Red Star, with helmet/leathers and personal accident included, as well as the usual legal insurance and recovery/breakdown EU-wide. Not bad for a Fuoco/GP800, ungaraged, no extra security!

i've had enough of this

i'm up for a visit to kam's allotment, I'll bring some lemon, we can make some rocket salad, barbie, Ken, bring it all on!

just spend the entire day tidying up the room with lingerie and dressing wax women in thongs in preparation for our big meeting monday morning.
i'm thinking of baking a cake for when my assistant is back on monday from holiday and give her regular cups of tea so she never leaves again

need to put my feet up
