Had a thought I've changed my scooter this week and obviously it will not be the same reg mark as on my booking form for Ostende next weekend..Do I need to change it or just turn up and plead ignorance ???

ALICE if you get a Scarabeo I'll be your fan, I love those babies and really wish they had the brand new ones in the UK. We love our big boy George for his wheels and power and our future plans are to swap it for a Scarabeo 500 out of Italy (ridden here) when the time comes!

So I'm on my way home from karate last night, up the A20 from Orpington to Bromley. Reach the 50 limit on the slip road, whack open the throttle...and go nowhere as the belt shreds itself to pieces. Limp to the side of the road, serenaded by the horns of the drivers behind who've narrowly avoided hitting me, and ring the breakdown folks.

It's entirely my own fault as I suspected it was on its way out after the Le Touquet trip and didn't do anything about it.

I've looked in the Haynes book and on this site for changing instructions and they make me want to burst into tears, so I'll be looking for a way to haul the great sod to a competent mechanic.

Really sköking fed up.

Million cheers to Marc who is both brave super and nobel for finding a supplier who could do this! It has actually worked out cheaper than scootergraphics at about 57 euro for 100, so it was a good deal all round!

they are fantastic - cheers marc and wonder for amazing collaborative effort. i have spots reserved on both cowls for the DSSC logo - and it's a big step for me to put a sticker somewhere other than the top box.

I was very impressed with mgent's glovebox sticker collection, so that's where my Vespa Club Gent sticker went, and the DSSC one will also! (My tax disc is there too.)

I spent nearly all my Sterling taking my truck back to the UK.

We have sterling at home, but you can pay in Belgian, Dutch and French euro's.

Can't wait to take off the sodding thermoscud and freely ride in spring and summer with my mighty DSSC sticker on my glove compartment.
Or maybe I'll stick it to the horn shield.
so when we ride past one another it's easy to spot!
