Orlando to Daytona for Biketoberfest

Why trailor when you can ride and we did. 70 plus miles each way and it was awesome!!! We even packed our tent and sleeping bags on our scooters and camped out in the infield of the Daytona International Speedway. Who says you can't go long distance on a scooter. We even averaged better than 60 plus miles per hour!

I always ride a pretty good distance on my S150, about 60 miles a day for the round trip. Today I went riding with a friend and we tallied up about 120 miles each for the day. This was a pretty nice day, it will probably be one of our last warm days for a while so we made the best of it.

Camping with the Vespas does look fun.

Very Cool! I rode my GT last year to biketoberfest with my wife on the back and it was a great ride. This year I went on my S40 cruiser.

Thanks for the pictures here and on the South East Florida Scooters group. Did you see many other scooters at Biketoberfest? Several people from Florida road over on Saturday and Sunday.

HI, nice one.. have you thought about getting front crome racks on your scoots ? Then you can take clothes with you too. Laughing emoticon ... or even a couple of scooter covers, just incase weather turns bad, while you,re in the tent, all warm..martyn.... Laughing emoticon
