Guys, I bought my 500 in April. I got the extended warranty with the promo that was offered. However, my dealer is having problems getting Piaggio to fulfill/send the sticker, etc. While I know it's their responsibilty, I just want it done and want to push this situation to closure since it's been 6 months.
I've tried calling Customer Service for Piaggio (in NY) and the hold time has been brutal. And I've left message three times, per the recording and I've to receive a call back.
I want to deal directly with Piaggio at this point - does anyone have a contact or any suggestions?
