Glow guy, my "point" was to say that the original post could've been twisted to be anti-Obama just as easily. It was not meant to be funny to everyone or to be in your 'contest' and to be honest, I don't really appreciate you calling my post contrived or forced. I guess we need to send our posts directly through you before putting them up so they can be deemed funny and original first.

Easy there. I didn't mean to offend. I meant only that in order to get your comment to be both anti-Obama and relevant to the MP3 took some forcing of some points. Some of them inaccurate. I remember something about Obama given a speech in Germany just a couple of months ago....I would consider that abroad.

Hard to pin down. I guess you could say the MP3 is hard to pin down as to if it is a scooter, motorcycle, trike, etc. Maybe that is what you meant?

Look I am not necessarily criticizing you or trying to make any political points at all, one way or the other. And as they say "Fighting on the internet is like competing in the Special Olympics, even if you win your still a ..........."

As for being abroad, I meant comparing Obama's foreign experience vs. the McCain's. Hence, it has never BEEN abroad, as in for extended periods.

Two points:
1. I am pro-Obama. Sorry, but I like him better for multiple reasons.
2. Having to explain the reasons for my follow up comparison of the Mp3 has completely sucked out the joy of posting it. I think it would've sufficed for some people to just sit back and say, hmmm I don't understand those points rather than rip on it.

No hard feelings, but if I find something not funny on here I usually just don't laugh and click next, I don't bother posting "Hey, you're post isn't funny." Now if its offensive, I will say something. Like the common quote about winning an argument on the internet. That I find offensive even if you don't post the actual slang word for mentally challenged people.

Ever notice how humor and offense are so closely related. Again I apologize for making any comments that have taken away from the subject at hand.

So to return to names for MP3's, I will give up the name and license plate I came up with.

Anyways, it hit me that you seem really, really happy in this picture and reminded me of why this forum was made and how I feel when I ride. Of all the avatars with funny pics, flashy riding, or close ups of new riderless machine, I think that yours is the best because it brings in focus what matters most...the grin on the owners of these fabulous machines...
