I'm looking to order an apron for my GTS and the company that I am ordering it from says that they only have one for a 2006. I asked him if there was a difference between the bodies and he said he didn't know. I'm thinking that this is a silly question because I am thinking that the bodies are exactly the same but...???
Does anyone have a definitive answer on this one?

The bodies of the 06 and 07 GTS are the same, you should be fine if you're ordering a lap apron.

Ah, you should still be fine, there aren't any body differences that I am aware of.

Good morning to you too Josh.

The two model years are identical, except (afaik) for an extra piece of plastic behind the rear corner of the floorboards, where the rear fairings attach. I can't imagine that this would have any effect whatsoever on the accessory you're looking at, so I think you're good to go.
