I'm planning to ride until it begins to snow or black ice becomes prevalent. With that said, is there anything I need to be concerned with mechanically? Tires, brake fluid and coolant thresholds? How long should I run/warm the engine before riding?

If servicing has been done to schedule - do nothing. Start it, ride off, but don't use WOT until it's at least half warmed up on the road.
