Modern Vespa

Mine was Monday. I always had Halloween-themed birthday parties when I was in the birthday-party-having years. Now I just flip the calendar page over quickly - no party, no costume, no cake - although Halloween candy makes a good replacement for the latter! Happy birthday to all you fellow scorpios!

Vespa appeals to young and old.

Some days I feel like a kid, most days I feel like an old worn-out fart. However I believe this thread is to be congratulated as it had the effect of bringing back someone who just a few days ago said they would never return (ever). So it had one good result.

My birthday was October 18th. All I know is there is a 5 and a 3 in my age, and since 35 sounds better than 53, I'll go with the 35.

It's better than having a Birthday party a couple of days after Christmas and getting "combined" birthday and Christmas presents leaving you almost nothing to open on your birthday and what you do get to open wrapped in Christmas paper. Bitter, who's bitter.

I am 2 weeks out from 39.

If I thought I'da thought I'd make it this far I would have abused my body with more drugs and alcohol. As it is I have to suffer through being called "young man" by the waitress trying hand me my Fat Tire over a table on the darkish patio.
