I've been lurking about for a few weeks, I think I know what to expect.

I told my friend that my screen name was Akrimonious.

Welcome. Did you argue with UFO as to the model you were about to buy?

I was about 2 argue with him when he looked at the 250's then the 400's..They didn't have any 500's. He wanted the 400 because of the dark blue color..That is the color I want but it don't come in the 250's. I just stop at Oceanside Vespa in my travels to talk with the mechanics..I could tell right away he was hooked. Enjoy that 400 dark blue MP3 400..Welcome to the forum..

Welcome aboard! Thanks to you I have learned a new word ( or two including 'rancoruos') today. But couldn't find it in 'akri..' but in 'acri...' Acrimonious is 'caustic, biting or rancorous especially in feeling, language or manner( in one dictionary) and also, having or showing deep-seated resentment ( in another dictionary). Guess I learn more than just about scooters here. Cheers!

My name is Hugh and UFO (Christel) and I have the oldest MP3's in these parts. San Diego.

UFO and I both stop in Vespa Oceanside. I am getting things added to my MP3 as time goes on.

I hope you really love your MP3 and come on out and ride with us on the scooter rides. We are starting to see more MP3's join in, and it is Fantastic.

And My Buddy UFO does a great job. We both jump in when in the shops and stores and speak great about the MP3.
