Just did mine the other day. Removing both front and back wheeles took 20 mins. Removing the tire from the rim and putting the new ones back on to inclued setting the bead took a little over an hour. Putting the tires and exhaust back on took about 25 mins.
That is just the labor portion of things though. All said and done I dicked around with it for about 3 1/2 hours. I was also dropping a tranny from a WRX.
