According to CyberScooter.it, the 300 Scarabeo is just one of a bunch of interesting new scooters that will debut at the Milan EICMA show. Here is a peek at the CyberScooter pic of the new scoot -

That's rather delicious - but every time I contemplate a new bike I look at my bikes and know I am completely content

Here's its brother, the Piaggio Carnaby Cruiser 300:
Really smart-looking and a departure from the current Carnabys. I'm wondering if the smaller models are getting a redesign? (The recently-announed 250 has the old style, so I guess not.) Not that we get these in the US anyways... ⚠️ Last edited by ericalm on UTC; edited 1 time

I don't really see the blue Carnaby 300 as being particularly feminine, but then again, I ride an Aurora Blue LX. I've gotten a couple negative comments about the color, but as has been discussed ad nauseam there are just those people out there who think all scooters are feminine. So whatever. (When I got cat call while riding my wife's pink Buddy, well, that came as no surprise.) |

That sc300 looks to just be the sc500ie with a smaller engine. It's not the sc200 with a bigger engine. They already make the sc500ie with the 250 engine but dont sell it here because it competes with the sport city (and possibly the sc200 although its more maxi sized).
Is the purpose of that sc300 to replace or supplement the sc250 (just like the sport city cube has the 300 but the regular sport city is still around with the 250 and 125 which we dont get either) I wonder what the power/mileage is like. Seth |

The 300 is the 250 Quasar bored-out and the 400 is the 500 Master with a shortened bore/stroke (to meet licensing/insurance levels in various countries).
