What is the consensus on the most aggressive(loudest ) aftermarket
exghaust. Does anyone have a Leo Vince and are they happy with it.

Loud exhausts do not save lives - they do annoy people though.

No exhaust on an mp3 is loud enough to annoy any but the most uptight. Well, alright you are a self-titled Curmudgeon, grumpy old git so I guess that does qualify your answer.

And who on Earth would buy an exhaust to save lives?

Very manageable to my ears, but I am new to scooters and coming from a Ducati...

Lots of people on here post that they want a loud exhaust so they will be heard. And say it will be safer.

I agree loud exhaust is just annoying. Now if you just want a throatier sound get a Leo Vince.

I found a place on craigslist here in the Sacramento, CA area that had a good price for the Leo Vince exhaust. Say they will beat any price.

If you want loud then go by a Harley and cut out the baffles. You may get tickets though. If you want to be heard on a civilized bike then get a stebel horn or something like that. I don't think that even with straight pipes on your 250 that you will do more than annoy people that are close.
