New project with updates and photos to follow...

She is a new LML bought from an independent importer

- with no warranty but at a killer price; since, I'm planning to mod I didn't care about the warranty anyway.
Last weekend I brought her home temporarily and

last Monday I dropped her off at Worb5 - pretty 'in' guys with Vespa/LML mods here in Germany.

Plan is to 'upgrade' her a bit technically and cosmetically.

Here's Phase I - already done, photos to follow:
1. Polini 177 with GS piston
2. JL polished SS exhaust
3. Cosa 21-tooth reinforced clutch
4. Rejet, adjust, dyno
5. Whitewall Conti tires
6. Chrome rims
7. Cuppini black/chrome hubcaps
8. White-lens early rear light
9. Clear/chrome 'lexus' indicator signals
10.Cuppini chrome round mirrors
11.Atomic Fireball seat
12.under-seat helmet holder

Phase II is cosmetic - first some body decals, a Faro Basso light on the front mudguard, finally racks, mod accessories and lots of chrome....

cheers!

No offense, but I don't consider a 2T LML or Vespa to be all that Eco friendly compared to a 4T or direct injected 2 stroke. Tuning it to be faster doesn't really improve emissions or fuel economy. So how is this Eco friendly?

Maybe just fuel consumption compared to an automobile is the criteria?

2-strokes are NOT eco-friendly. they are wicked fun, but terrible to the environment. i think you could say a vintage one is more eco-friendly because you are using a product from long ago that is still going. so the logic could be that since you did not use the product up and dispose of it, then buy new one use it up...you are more eco friendly because they have not had to mine new material, build new scooter, ship said scooter...it is better. but dont kid yourself. 2-strokes pollute. a LOT. what comes out the tailpipe of a 2-stroke is f-ing awful. i love my bike. i really do. but i don't try to bullshit myself or others about the "greenness" of it.
