Just returend from a short trip to far east Europe...to the old city part 'Sultanameth' in Istanbul (former Constantinopel)
Some pictures I like to share...

What I noticed:
1. Scooters are mostly large/big scooters...not Vespa's Razz emoticon
2. Most scooters are 150cc but ridden WITHOUT helmets.
3. Scooters have very LARGE license plates
4. Traffic rules do not matter
5. On four lane roads, it looks like you are in England (every cagers drives on the utmost left lane )

It is a very nice city with nice historical buildings and even nicer restaurants and food stands 8)
Luckily the area wasn't too vast so all can be done by foot. Even that isn't really safe and 'scooter-cager awareness' skills come handy as a pedestrian.

In that case, I bet the shecat was using the rear fender as a schratching pole, looking at the marks/scratches Laughing emoticon
