I've always wondered if it's just Midnight Blue with a different name. Couldn't hurt to see if you can find a dealer with a Midnight Blue topcase (or other trim piece), and see if it matches close enough to the Navy.

That flat black looks terrific, reminds me of the finish on the Lambo Reventon if you've ever seen one.

Nicely done. Gives me some ideas for my Aprilia Mojito I just picked up

Thanks!

My bag is by SX Appeal, from Motorsport Scooters:
http://www.scooterwest.com/items/?_pageCCS=t#page=/item_details/SX-appeal-Canvas-Top-Case-TAN/876
I'm pretty happy with mine so far. SX has a handful of other bags and accessories that match this.

Prima, from Scooterworks, also makes a very similar bag:
http://www.scooterworks.com/Prima_Roll_Bag_-_Large_P3765C536.cfm
Prima also makes a half-size version, meant to be carried on smaller scooters, or on front racks.

Both bags are also availible in black, and can be found at some scooter shops. And they all look great on a GTV!

My GTV
Finally made some pictures of my new GTV... My Beautiful Monster. I have had her for just about 8 weeks, 723 miles, and I have dropped her or nearly dropped her 4 or 5 times . All no speed stuff, just trying to push her around my yard!
Thanks to MV'ers for their helpful posts, with out them the Piaggio rear bars would have gone back to Motorsports in frustration... dumb mounting instructions for a different bracket! I also installed a stebel magnum, again really easy with MV help.
I love this machine! I thought my Buddy 150 was great, but now I know Greatness!
Thanks again MV!

Came across this one on ebay. Someone repainted an '07 Avio as some sort of Ducati tribute. Looks like they forgot the control pods on the handlebars though.

That is hot!!! I never thought I'd see a red GTV. That is very very cool. I don't think the unpainted control pods really detract from it. You don't really notice them in amongst all the metal up front.

That Via Montenapoleone looks really sweet!! The chrome really pops against the black. You're going to get tons more great photos from that one, I can tell.

I finally got the brown Vespa grips installed this evening:

They're not actually real leather, and it's very easy to tell if you have to cut them to fit right (you know how well those OEM parts fit!). They don't match exactly because of the '09 seats being so much darker leather than previous years (and the box the grips came in was marked '05, so they could have lightened a bit, too), but I think they still look pretty nice. Since the leather is fake, I may think about rubbing some darker dye on them at some point in the future. Still an improvement for those of us with the stock brown leather seat, if you ask me.

Better pics later...
