Modern Vespa

I 've been looking at the Corbin seat because it has a removable backrest. I have no topcase on the 250 so, if I want to have the boys ride w/ me, they'd be in-the-wind so to speak.
I like that the Corbin's backrest is removable so I'd only use it on those rare occasions that the boys do ride w/ me.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other removable backrest option.
Also-- to further complicate things, when I was picking the Super up from the dealer and he was showing me the features (opening the glove box, etc) - He poked a hole in the seat w/ the key!
He said he'd order in a new seat but I'm thinking of just asking for a sum which I could use toward another seat.
What's fair for me to ask for the damage to the seat??

I think that it is very reasonable for the dealer to replace the seat that she/he damaged. If they are willing to pony up cash for a Corbin seat instead, then I would consider yourself fortunate. It wouldn't hurt to ask.
