I feel very humble in asking. Can someone please explain to me what "Scooter Tag" is? I see all kinds of fun but I don't understand how it works (well kinda!!).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandung -- Average low temperature 17-19 °C (63-67 °F) all year -- no need to gloves to keep warm. I don't wear gloves when it is warm.
