Modern Vespa

Hey Guys, been hard at work so haven't been able to log on to MV for awhile but some weird stuff has been happening to my scoot so I thought I would share.

The 1st problem was a loose connection to my front head light that took 4 visits to the dealer to fix = fun.

Now I have a few new problems occurring. I get a massive rattle coming from the front of my scoot at low speed roughly under 40km/h. When I hold or press on the glass/plastic of the dash the rattle stops. I am thinking something is loose in there but can't find it. Has anyone had this problem?

The other problem is my horn sticking whenever I use it, today was the worst. I used my horn when someone ran me off the road today. However my horn would not turn off no matter how many times I tried. And I had to follow him with my horn stuck on as there was no passing lane. It lasted for ages and stayed on when I stopped behind him at a set of lights several times.
I could see he was getting pissed off and I looked like the biggest wanker. When I managed to pass him he yelled out some stuff but I could not hear him as my horn was too loud. It eventually turned off but I am thinking of a horror scenario where I am parking my going to work with my horn still going or getting someone so annoyed that they attack me while I'm riding. Thinking about this morning it was pretty funny but does anyone have any solutions for my pissed off horn, it's a stock horn FYI?

Take the switch out, dismantle, clean and replace - or just buy a new one, they are cheap.

the horn on my S150 does the same thing! only slightly less embarrassing.

the other day the manfriend was running it around the neighborhood when some neighbors waved. he thought he'd give a little honk back, but it ended up beeing some long obnoxious beeeeeeeeeeep and now we're trying to figure out how to get it less sticky before AmeriVespa...
