I hope someone can help. The headlight and tail light aren't working on my vespa lx50 2 stroke. The bulbs don't seem to be broken as they are lighting a small bit but nowhere near normal brightness.

I thought it might be the fuse but the owners manual says there is no fuse for the headlight, tail light and starter motor. The indicators, brake light and horn all work fine so i dont think its the battery, is it?

Can onyone help me out on this a let me know what's wrong?
