A) I can't believe the seller would hold it and B) I can't believe the "perspective buyer" doesn't get off his or her ass and get over there before he loses the deal.

My buddy has been trying to contact this guy for a couple days... but he has no phone number or address listed, so we're at the mercy of the seller.

I just noticed that, that he no longer has the anonymous email address even. What a dope. I wonder if he has any idea how many better offers would be sitting in his inbox from the past two days.

I love the town... my whole family hails from the Emsworth area... grandfather worked in the steel mills there. My sister and brother in law live there currently. I would look for a job there ( CMU hopefully), land something, sell my house here...buy one there ( i'm thinking in the Cranberry area, north of town )... one with a lot of land....and then build a house in the backyard for my parents to retire to. Melissa is pretty set on getting knocked up like...NOW... and the minute we have a kid i'm going to want to be in Pittsburgh near my sister so i can involve her in the kid's life. |

With a 15% unenjoyment rate, Michigan was in the recession two years before the rest of nation....
Seems like a lot of treasures are popping up for sale here.... I have seen people walking away from houses, full of furniture, clothes, boats in the back yard, even pets.....It's very sad.... It's a real buyers market here! |
