In today's Oregonian, there is an article about female motor drome rider Cookie Crum. There is a series of apparently rare motor drome performances this weekend at a Portland area HD dealer, and it was a good opportunity to highlight the 77-year-old Crum.

Thanks for posting this article. Very interesting! I've seen those "Wall of Death" riders before. I describe it as riding inside a barrel wall.

Pretty cool old girl and what an embarrassingly silly name! I'll bet she has some great stories to tell!
