Modern Vespa

Hi folks,

Just received my monthly newsletter from Vespa of Oceanside (CA). As I was reading it, I saw that they re-opened the store that had closed down in Newport Beach. I have to say that Mike (the owner) has done a fantastic job with his stores in Oceanside and San Diego and folks up north will be completely satisfied with the service which he and his crew will provide. Bravo

I think you'll be completely satisfied with them...they really listen to what the customer has to say and take action. So if there is a need for additional employees (mechanics) then they'll get them certified (if they aren't already).

I had good experiance at Oceanside Vespa. I am due for a 6000 miles check up along with service wokto replace a water pump seal.

just tried calling them and no luck at all....

They are closed on Monday's

Just spoke with Mike and he is a really nice person to talk to. I'm really looking forward to having them service my bike. I told him I was getting really close to selling my bike because what the previous owners kept doing and how service was really poor. So they are going to take a look at my bike because I had to get a warranty work done to the stator/water pump housing cause i kept leaking oil from that hose on the right hand side. but they are open Tuesday-Sunday for sales and I believe Tuesday-Saturday for service...don't take my word but I'll let you know how it goes.

Here's what I like about Mike: It's a no-brainer that he would enjoy talking to seasoned riders but you know he even enjoys talking to and helping me - a total rank beginner. He loves scooters and he'll bend over backwards to help.

Yes, Mike is great with relations of new and old customers. A small group from our club stops by to say Hi and chat.

Sh1bby69, I talked to Mike and he informed me that he will need a week to clean the back service area before they are 100% ready to service. My MP3 needs to be serviced also along with other friends.

I'm looking forward to having a well maintained Shop in OC just like Oceanside.

Just took my bad boy in for a 600 mile service. Mike took my bike in without an appointment. He had 2 bikes already in for service and told me it would be done today for sure. Well I was only separated from my bike for 3 hours. I am very pleased with the customer service I received, even the tech was a great guy (didn't catch his name).

I recommend them, they even offered pick and drop off service for my next time.
