I just got new tyres put on my ET4 front and back (sava whitewalls) and the guy who did it also said Ive adjusted your brakes so they may feel a bit different which was fine. However there is now a real noise/screech whenever I brake which wasnt there before. Is this normal??

Any sensibe suggestions?

Not unusual - but it should have been checked and eliminated by whoever 'adjusted' your brakes.
