just had a new crate px200 engine put in and I noticed a small air bubble in the oil line. Should I run a tank full of say 2% mixture (1%?) till the system fully primes

i did that when i replaced my stella oil tank. $.79 cent sparkplug is easier to replace than the other possibilities.

wouldnt bother with a whole tank full, mix up a litre or so with premix. and let the bike idle while you verify oil is moving in the line going to the carb.
Once all bubbles have moved to the carb , fill it with straight gas

I wouldn't worry about it. The bubble has nothing to do with the pump working or not.
Adding oil to the tank of your injected bike or increasing your premix amount actually leans out your fuel mixture. If you're worried about getting through break in safely, I would be more concerned about richening your fuel mixture. I run at least a 120 main at sea level in a stock 200 motor.

Because they all come with the same jetting from the factory, shipped all around the world jetted at an average of what may fowl plugs at 5,000 feet or seize at sea level, but run okay most places. Lots of experimenting and I found a 120 worked best for me in both Rally200 and P200 motors. Mostly wide open throttle highway cruising, great 3rd-4th gear pulling power. I'm at sea level in Southern California. B7ES plugs, never fouled, never seized (but passed out lots of 120 jets on long rides to soft seize victims).
