Ok, have a small dent in my front fender, nothing major, just a scratch and a small divot. Friend didn't turn his bike off while getting off and it turned out not to be in neutral, popped a wheelie when his hand slipped off the clutch and clipped my fender. Oh and his wife was on the back....his scooter and her were fine. Pissed (the wife, not the scooter) but fine.

Any suggestions for getting a shallow ding out? Don't feel like dropping the fork to hammer it out, not enough room to get in there with out dropping it. I've read dry ice it and it should pop right out, any one ever try that?

Never heard of it working on a small area like scoots have? I heard of it on a larger surface like a car door or trunk.

Drop the fork and lightly rap it with the proper tool and backer...

Let it sit out in the sun and heat up. Then put some dry ice on it. It might pop out. You could also try heating it by some other means.

Can't you take the wheel off and the horn casing. Undo the bolts rotate it till you can tap it back.

Either that or take one grinder....................
