In fairness, the lines are not really relevant for that space between columns. Better to park like that so you can actually get out of the space which faces a concrete wall.

Re: NYC Parking
yellowscoot wrote: Parking by the office in midtown New York. Most scoots covered to avoid tickets. It's funny but cops are not allowed to touch it to look for a license plate. But that's the only way since there is no place to keep a parking mini-meter receipts on a scoot. It basically comes down to the individual meter maid, unless there is a crack down, most of them won't bother a scooter. I only raise issue with this because when I was searching for the laws and regulations in NY, I found a whole lot of misinformation. On top of all that, it's actually illegal to obscure your plate and that includes putting a cover on. Which is utterly ridiculous. I got a ticket for obscured plates because I had a cover on and just sent a picture of my uncovered plate in and they dismissed the ticket, but TECHNICALLY, your cover should leave your plate uncovered. |

Finally got scooter/mc parking at work. Snapped this shot before the building maintenance guy fixed his paint job.

i dont have mine yet, but when i get it, i have a perfect place next to the school on the side of a small parking lot where the electric charging stations are going to be built (i am working with the school to put on solar panells, and we are going to put in electric car or scooter charging stations to encourage electric cars for the students.) (my scooter is going to be converted to electric)

Already showed this picture in another thread, but, I want to show off my scooter. Typical summer day in one of our two MC parking lots at work; there are other scooters in the lot, just can't see them in the picture
