I've been hooked on Tame Impala's recent album, Innerspeaker. LP limited to 500. Great indie/psych.

Totally dig on the True Believers. 8) Huge John Dee fan too.
Alejandro was in Rank and File... not the Zeros to my knowledge? But if he was, that closes a strange circle in my life involving a 20 year love affair with almost everything Mr. Escavedo has done. |

Looks like it was Alejandro's brother Javier http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Zeros_(American_band) I was fortunate enough to see the True Believers a couple of times back in the day. Once in Austin and once at the dreaded Axiom in Houston. Great shows both. I have solo stuff from both John D and Alejandro. I haven't caught John yet, but we made a road trip to Gruene Hall to see Alejandro a couple years ago. Sweaty as hell, but he kicked some ass. All that sweat reminded me of the Axiom show. |

His Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring can't be beat. I like a lot of different stuff from a lot of different genre. Either I like I like something or I don't. |

No hard feelings for 600 yards
I'm listening to Stephen Page's 2nd solo album Page One which is sadly so much better than the last Barenaked Ladies effort.
Sad days indeed. Bill XX |
