lol.. I used to scour the thrift shops to try and match his outfits from all the pics I had.. I went to London when I was 15 and brought back the 1st pair of red creepers and docs anyone in my high school had seen.. but before I got the red creepers (to match JR of course) the closest thing I could find were a pair of red, leather Sperry Topsiders! Baaahaaaa I tried! Razz emoticon
Ha... I lived that same identity crisis. but... my creepers were blue. (Toy Dolls fan.)

Got out Second Edition vinyl and spun that last night. Mega good stuff on that one.

Good times.

I desperately wanted this "Metal Box".. but never got one! too broke when it was out and available.. from time to time I look at used ones for sale, but haven't pulled the trigger.. I will cause it's something I always wanted and it's bad ass! There's a New one on Amazon with the Vinyl inside. but it's 2 grand!

I'd noticed your handle and figured it was a band reference. Saw Daniel Higgs a couple years back and asked if I could record. He said sure so long as I sent him a copy...on cassette. Analog to the core

Higgs is the real deal, man. I have his old original band Reptile House on vinyl. Chatted with him at a show about it. Seeing Lungfish live was always an interesting event. For some people it is downright spiritual...not to sound all freaking hippie.

First time I saw them play was in a condemned squatter house in W. Philly. Made it out alive, which is always good....

Innteresting! I like those tidbits.. Stewart Copeland's dad was an officer in the CIA!

Aaand Sting's real name is Victor Garbini!

Buwhahaa.. No no.. it's Gordon Sumner, BUT.. in the 9th grade, some kid told me it was Victor Garbini, so I told everyone else the same! Bahahaa Fuggin' guy!

Jimmy Page played an old Tele that Jeff Beck gave him when he recorded the solo to Stairway to Heaven!

I can probably dig up a poster. It was over 10 years ago. Maybe 15.

I had forgotten about one. The T-shirt was based around the Retro Mid-fifties looking one in the middle. There was also a generic version of that same poster with a box at the bottom for venue info etc.
